Head Chef Mauro Bianchi and Pizzaiolo Francesco Spataro have created a menu using the finest seasonal produce.

All pasta is prepared on site every day using Italian flour. Pizza is proofed for 48 hrs minimum and topped with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves.
