Making the most of uccellos stone oven, Ben has perfected wood-fired proteins such as Near River suckling pig with nectarine and balsamic and whole John Dory with pickled zucchini, capers and oregano. uccellos menu is complemented by a hefty wine list with about 450 wines to choose from.
