Our playful approach to cooking criss-crosses various Asian cuisines (please don’t make us say ‘fusion’) and borrows from others. As long as the dishes we create are balanced, textural and delicious, it works for us. And with executive chef Dan Hong leading the charge, we’re in good hands. Who can argue with cheeseburger spring rolls?

Bronte Road Bistro

Waverley, Sydney

Bronte Road Bistro is one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets – a venue the locals keep shtoom about (they want it for themselves), a place industry professionals love, but most people know little about. With service as friendly as dinner at your best mates, an open dining space and smart, no-frills adaptions of classic bistro dishes, it’s the sort of place you’d be glad to have on your street corner. Co-owner Stewart Parsons knows why people dine out, for good times and quality food that doesn’t hurt the hip pocket. The bistro is jam-packed with families, couples and friends all tucking in. -- Delicious.com.au

The Spice Room

Sydney, Sydney

Located on the ground floor of the Quay Building - welcome To The Spice Room. Experience the essence of authentic Indian cuisine. Step inside to immerse yourself in a part of India. Amidst the lanes that run parallel to the train tracks in the Indian town of Chittor Aquila, alongside the Tea Stalls and busy roadside eateries, proudly stands the relics of a Grand Haveli Mansion No. 89. The residents of this Grand Kothi no longer live here, but the home is full of memories, beautiful heirlooms, family photographs and treasured possessions which contain more than a whiff of Royal Lives gone by.
