Event Description
At Jinda Thai we've been passionately serving up authentic Thai cuisine here in Abbotsford since 2013, and we’re definitely not slowing down. Our family owned and operated restaurant boasts a well-lit dining area featuring warm red exposed brick walls and large windows that are complemented by wooden furnishings and low-hanging lights – with pops of colour, in true Thai style. Our dishes are all packed with fresh herbs and spices, and we’ve got a wide array of meat, seafood and vegetarian options that everyone is sure to love. Everything is inspired by our grandmother’s recipes, and we pride ourselves on serving them to the wider Melbourne community.

"Head chef Gabriele Coniglio, who joined the team in 2020, has created menus that offer a range of seasonal dishes. Come for the small bites, like the fried truffle croquettes or calamari, which Casoni says are best enjoyed with a glass of natural wine. There’s also plenty of cured meats – shaved in-house by Coniglio – that match well with the house-made focaccia." - Broadsheet.com.au
