A heritage listed hotel with a modern revamp, The Tilbury consists of two expansive floors including a public bar, restaurant, courtyard and upper level. A fantastic option for a meal with friends. Dining at The Tilbury Hotel is a delicious affair, as the modern, contemporary restaurant (overlooking the courtyard) boasts a slick atmosphere alongside locally sourced plates, from fresh Baby Beetroot & Burrata, or Spicy Snapper with XO Mussels to 12 Hour Slow Cooked Lamb Shoulder, we've got something to suit all tastes. The menu, which you’ll still find handwritten on a roll of butcher’s paper hanging on the wall, is familiar, but has had some tweaks, too. A few of Il Baretto’s signature dishes – such as slow-cooked ragu pappardelle – still feature, alongside an expanded selection of antipasti, pasta and gnocchi. Paddo Inn patrons can also order from a bar menu of chicken cotoletta, lasagne and calamari fritte.
