Willow Dining is a relaxed, no rules restaurant that focuses on great food experience. A mix of fine-casual (with kitschy cuteness) modern dining, paired with homemade crafty cocktails, signature wines and a very relaxed, (cool) rustic vibe into one enchanting, unforgettable congregation of stories, laughter and extraordinary meals. A microcosm of international cuisines, exceptionally beautiful and indulging. A feast of Mediterranean, European, Modern Australian, and Spanish culinary and a fusion of Asian favourites in tapas style.

His evil and mysterious character personified the ‘yellow peril’, an expression of Western fears of the expansion of Asian power and influence. Dr. Fu Manchu inspired us to combine Western and Asian flavours, culminating in a menu that is our expression of the most delectable and delicious fusion dishes, not to be feared but enjoyed!
